        Legal Counsel in the branch of the Ministry of Labor in the Eastern Province  Mahmoud bin Essam Effendi confirmed that the incidence of job leakage and lack of adaptation and functional harmony with the work environment in the private sector, especially by the Saudis could come as a result of not creating personnel and lack of some professional behaviors that may cause them to take the wrong decisionsaffect their future professional career.
    Effendi in a lecture held yesterday morning (Sunday 1 / March / 2015) at the Headquarters East Chamber to some Saudis who are interested in Joining the private sector are unaware of some of the information that will help them to know their rights, not due necessarily to inadequate rehabilitation and potential, but maybe due to failure to have a working knowledge of the system.
    He said in a lecture titled (rights and obligations of the employer in labor system) that the work is a set of tasks performed by per capita, whether it means one or several ways, noting that the work in Islam is a cult Jihad and the honor of a foremost biographythe prophets and messengers, and of the ethics and values ​​of Islam in the work are the workmanship and good handling, responsibility and patience, perseverance and cooperation, honesty, and so on ..     And about working in the private sector environment Effendi said that the private sector includes all companies in various legal entities that do the work in order to make a profit without the guidance of the state, but the limits required by its responsibilities to the public interest, and that this sector is characterized by several stems from being based on the profitability advantagesand thus compete to provide the best products and services, so it is trying to rationalize consumption and reduce costs, relying on accounting and responsibility of self-standing and review, and is characterized by the ability to react quickly to changes in the external environment such as a change in the economy, politics, technology or society or change consumer behavior ..
    He added that the advantages of the private sector that work which takes relatively longer time to work in the government sector, but the salary rates are higher in many jobs, and is characterized by delegating powers, and adopt a training and development and upgrading of skills and expertise and stimulating factor for the achievement.
